Although I have had many holistic treatments in the past this was my first experience of reiki, therefore I really didn't know what to expect. Amanda put me at ease
(I was having a stressful day) as she has a very calming presence. During the reiki treatment I could feel a sort of pleasant tingling sensation through my head whilst Amanda guided me through a visual journey. Afterwards I felt relaxed and my shoulder pain was much better. This was a very interesting experience and one which I would very much like to try again.
